Bananas with dark spots on skin have anti cancer properties

Banana that is fully riped produces a substance called TNF ( Tumor Necrosis Factor) which has the ability to combat abnormal cells. As the banana ripens it develops dark spots or patches on the skin. It’s immunity enchancement quality will be higher the more dark patches it has. Banana conatins TNF which has anti-cancer properties according to a Japanese scientific research. According to their study this substance can help in increasing the immune system capacity. Eating the ripe bananas may just prevent certain lifestyle diseases and carcinogenesis.

Nutrient content of fruits change slightly as they ripen is known for a fact. As a banana ripens it turns yellow and it’s level of antioxidants increases.The starch content changes to simple sugars that are easier to digest in full ripe bananas with dark spots on skin.

In an experiment carried out by Japanese scientists it was found out that banana increased the number of white blood cells, enhanced the immunity of the blood and produced anti-cancer substance TNF. The recommendation is to eat 1 to 2 banabas a day to increase your body immunity.

It’s believed that bananas that have brown spots are more effective that the green skin banana or fresher bananas without the same dark patches or spots.

TNF is helpful In fighting abnormal tumor cells in body. It has been proved that activity of banana is comparable to that of Lentinan, a chemical immunostimulant that is intravenosly administrated as an anti –cancer agent. So ripe banana can act as an anti-cancer agent by stimulating the production of white blood cells In the human cell line and prevent cell mutation.

Note : Store the bananas in the refrigerator once they ripe fully to minimize further vitamin loss. Fresh bananas with brown patches on the skin are ripe enough to eat immediately.
