MLA Gulmarg constituency Mohammad Abas Wani allegedly manhandled a horticulture development officer posted in Kunzer namely Shabir Ahmad Ganai. Officer has complained that MLA Gulmarg wanted him to issue Kissan Card certificates to three applicants Miss Sumera, Parvez Ahmed Mir and Mrs Raja Begum but they were not eligible because do not own orchard land. He said that the accused MLA called him to his Tangmarg residence this morning where he beat him brutally.However MLA has denied all these allegations.
