3 bullet ridden bodies found in Pattan/ identified as militants

Bodies of three unidentified persons were found in Dangarpora pattan village of Baramulla district today. The bodies have marks of  bullet. Police took the bodies in to possession to ascertain their identity.  Village head Dangerpora Gh Ahmad while confirming the incident said that a local farmer first saw the bodies and he informed other villagers. He said we also contacted police who along with other forces reached the spot and are investigating the matter. Meanwhile all the three bodies found in Dangerpora Pattan have been identified as of militants.

They have been identified as Ashiq Ahmed Wani and Amir Ahmed Reshi. Ashiq Ahmad Wani son of  Mohammad Ramzan Wani was resident of  Lolipora, Pattan. He was an active militant of Hizb ul Mujahideen .Of late  he had aligned himself with the breakaway group of Hizb led by Qayoom Najar-LashkerI Islam.

The second one Amir Ahmad Reshi S/O GH. Qadir R/O Imbarzalwari payeen Hardshiva had gone  missing from 15/7/15 and same was reported in Police Station Bomia on  17/7/15. Reportedly, he had also joined militant ranks.

Third body has been identified as 24 year Naveed Ahmad Khan S/o Gh.Hassan Khan of Batipora Sopore.The deceased was a B-Tech Student and was absconding from September last year.
