3 Kashmiris die in Saudi Arabia accident

Three Kashmiri pilgrims including a baby girl were killed in a tragic road accident in Saudi Arabia on Thursday.

Mohammad Sideeque Mir, his 40- years- old son Bashir Ahmad Mir and 2- year- old granddaughter Maryam died on spot when their vehicle, which was on its way to Madinah from Makkah, met with an accident at 11: 30 am local time.
Relatives of Mir family told that Bashir’s mother, wife and son were critically injured in the accident.
They said the injured have been airlifted to Jedah hospital for specialized treatment.
The family hails from Dobhi Mohalla area of Batamaloo in Srinagar.
Bashir was working in the Saudi Kad (Construction Company) as HR Head from last few years. His father and mother had recently gone to Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah.
“After performing the Umrah, the family had left for Madina in their own car and met with an accident on the way,” said one of their relatives.
