One youth was hit by an unknown vehicle on Jammu-Pathankot national highway near old ARTO office Samba (Lower Badheri) when he was trying to cross the road. He was rushed to Government Emergency Hospital Vijaypur from where the doctors reffered him to GMC hospital Jammu watching his critical condition. He was identified as Balkar Singh (23) son of Chuni Singh resident of Lower Badheri (Samba). Supwal police has registered the case in this connection and trying to trace the vehicle which escaped from the spot after the incident.
