To encourage farmers for rearing buffaloes of superior quality, Animal Husbandry Department today organized a “Buffalo Show” at Mendhar in which more than 200 farmers participated.
Chief Animal Husbandry Officer, Dr Mohammad Ismael presented a comparative analysis of different buffalo breed and emphasized on importance of rearing superior quality animals.
During the show, queries of the farmers were also addressed by the concerned officers .
Later, prizes were distributed among 97 farmers rearing buffalo breeds of high value production and reproduction parameters.
