Employees of civil secretariat in Srinagar refused to enter inside the building due to earthquake scare.Ministers and bureaucrats have entered the building but employees are sitting outside.They say that the building is unsafe and they can’t risk their lives.
Yesterdays earthquake cause damage to several houses and three persons also lost lives in J&K.
