District Magistrate Mohammad Aijaz today imposed section 144 Cr. Pc on National Highway in the district in the wake of protests and slogan raising by people on the Highway thereby leading to blockade of vehicular movement and creating hardships for public in general and students in particular.
The Senior Superintendent of Police is executing the order which shall remain in force till 15th of February 2017.
The order puts restrictions on assembly of four or more persons on Highway who intend to hold protests and raising slogans.
