Dr. Nasir Ahmad Naqash takes over the charge of Deputy Commissioner, Baramulla today.
Speaking on the occasion, Deputy Commissioner deliberated about his experience and shared his vision for a developed district. He assured every facility will be provided to the people of district on priority. He also interacted with the staff and urged for punctuality in government offices.
Later, Deputy Commissioner convened an officers meeting and took comprehensive account of the functioning of the different departments. DC directed heads of the essential departments like PDD, PHE, R&B and Health to improve efficiency in service delivery for meeting the basic needs of public. He impressed upon the officers for creating positive and interactive atmosphere in offices. The DC asked the officers to keep up with the hopes and demands of people.
The meeting was attended by SE R&B, SE PDD, Joint Director Planning, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Assistant Commissioner Development, CMO, CEO and officers of various departments.
