After the death of two youth including a young cricketer in Handwara area of Kupwara in Kashmir , Administration has imposed restrictions in some areas of Kupwara district and down town Srinagar.One woman who has received bullet injury remains in critical condition. The situation is very tense in Handwara and protesters set ablaze the army bunker and the fire spread to nearby shopping complex damaging 5 shops.Army has regretted the incident and assured action against the force personnel involved in killing of youth.A video showing the girl saying she was not molested has also surfaced
She says in video that she had gone to wash room and some boys instigated the whole incident.The CM, Mehbooba Mufti has expressed grief over the incident and assured exemplary punishment to guilty.Hurriyat conference has called for Kashmir Bandh against the incident and the main stream political parties like NC, Congress and people’s conference leader Sajad lone has condemned the firing incident
