2. Mr. Lokesh Dutt Jha, IAS:86, Principal Resident Commissioner, J&K Government, New Delhi, is transferred and posted as Chairman, J&K Bureau of Public Enterprises.
3. Mr. Mohd. Afial Bhat, IAS:2000, under orders of transfer as Commissioner, J&K Bureau of Public Enterprises, is now posted as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Forest, Environment and Ecology Department.”
