Kashmiri Pandits observed september 14 as martyrs day.Pandit Tika Lal Tiploo was assassinated by militants same day in 1989. Thousands of Kashmiri Pandits assembled at different places to pay tribute to their martyrs.Biggest congregation was held in Jantar Mantar New Delhi where hundreds of pandits paid rich tributes to all the people who fell prey to the bullets of terrorists in kashmir.
