Many Kashmiris putting up in other states and other countries have written mails to Various Newspapers And Agencies appealing the state government to restore the telecommunications services in Kashmir so that they could contact their families.
The Kashmiris living outside of the state are worried about their families back home.

“All Kashmiris who live outside have lost contact with their families due to blockade of cellular services. We have no information regarding them. We are really very worried about them.” said an outsider.
