Kohli asked people to actively participate in Narendra Modi’s rally in Srinagar

Minister for Transport Abdul Ghani Kohli today paid obeisance at the Charar-e-Sharif dargah in Budgam and prayed for peace, prosperity and harmony in the state.

The Minister interacted with the people hailing from all sections of the society at the office of Wakf Board in Budgam and gave a patient hearing to their grievances. The people apprised him about the various issues related to transport facility from Batmaloo to Charar-e-Sharif and demanded SRTC bus service from the main city of Srinagar.

          The Minister directed the officers of State Road Transport Corporation to start two small buses from Lal Chowk to Charar-e-Sharif for the convenience of the common masses. He appealed the people to actively participate in the Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s rally in Srinagar.

          Assistant Regional Transport Officer, Budgam Sheikh Manzoor, Incharge SRTC Booking Office, Charar-e-Sharif Showkat Hussain and officers of district administration also accompanied the Minister during the visit.
