Posters have surfaced in Newa area of Pulwama district in which self styled Militant commander “Burhan” has threatened Sumo drivers not to provide vehicles to army.
In these posters, so called Hizb-ul-Mujahidin divisional commandar Burhan has asked all sumo drivers not to provide any vehicle to army during operations. He also threatened that those who fail to fillow the dictat will face the consequences.
Burhan also asked Sumo drivers to observe complete shutdown on separatist call.
