Lt Gen. D S Hooda, Army Commander, Northern Command, who has just returned from a visit to China, where he had led a Indian Military Delegation, called on Governor NN Vohra at the Raj Bhawan in Jammu today.
The Governor and Gen. Hooda discussed various issues relating to security management along the International Border, Line of Control, Line of Actual Control and counter terrorism operations in the hinterland.
The two also discussed the implementation of various important schemes for the welfare of ex-Servicemen and their families.
