Faculty members who have been promoted include Dr. Rizwana Habib Kanth promoted as I/c Professor in Obsts & Gynae.
Dr. Rakesh Kumar Koul, Dr. Badri Nath & Dr. Mohd Ismail promoted as I/c Associate Professors in Medicine.
Dr. Junaid Salam Wani promoted as I/c Professor while as, Dr. Ajaz Akbar Wani & Dr. Sajad Bashir Khanday promoted as I/c Associate Professors in Ophthalmology.
Dr. Bashir Ahmad Mir promoted as I/c Professor & Dr. Naseem-ul-Gani promoted as I/c Associate Professor in Orthopaedics.
Dr. Khurshid Ahmad Wani promoted as I/c Professor while as, Dr. Shafat Ahmad Tak & Dr. Syed Tariq Ahmad Bukhari promoted as I/c Associate professors in Paediatrics.
Dr. Sheikh Imran Syed promoted as I/c Associate Professor in Physiology.
Dr. Shakeel Ahmad Mir promoted as I/c Associate Professor in Surgery.
Dr. Majid Jehangir promoted as I/c Professor while as Dr. Shabir Ahmad Bhat promoted as I/c Associate Professor in Radio Diagnosis.
Dr. Lateef Ahmad Wani promoted as I/c Associate Professor in Pathology.
Further Dr. Badri Nath, Assistant Professor, Medicine, on his placement as Associate Professor shall report to the Principal GMC, Srinagar for further duties.
