Deputy Commissioner, Ramban, Bashir Ahmed Dar today placed entire staff comprising six teachers and one class-IV employee of Government High School Mangith under suspension .
The six teachers include Mohammad Akther (Incharge), Reyaz Ahmed, Mohammad Iqbal, Sultan Akhter, Bilal Hussain, Abdul Roof Mir and class-IV employee Zeba Begum.
Meanwhile, the Deputy Commissioner has also directed the Chief Education Officer, Mohammad Sharief to initiate an enquiry into the matter and reply within ten days so that further action can be initiated.
Earlier, local people of Village Mangith had complained about non-functioning of School and unauthorized absence of teachers from their regular duties thereby putting the studies of students at stake.
