In a major step towards simplification of the procedure for the verification of documents /testimonials, the government has ordered that the self attested copies of documents by the applicants will be accepted for seeking employment in Government Departments, Local Bodies, Panchayati Raj Institutions, Boards, Corporations and Public Sector Undertakings, seeking admission in educational institutions in the State; and seeking services/benefits under various State/ central Government schemes..
The order to this effect has been issued by the General Administration Department.
