In a tragic road accident a KAS officer going for his father’s last rites dies along with wife and other two 2 family members.
Additional Secretary R&B Kalyan Singh Parihar was travelling in a Swift Desire vehicle from Jammu to Doda, when it rolled into a gorge at Khalani Nallah killing all the persons travelling in it.
Parihar was going to attend last rites of his father who had passed away late last evening.
