The following transfers and postings of Private Secretaries are hereby ordered in J&K with immediate effect:-
I. Mr. Nisar Ahmad Bhat, awaiting orders of posting, is posted as Private Secretary with the Financial Commissioner, Planning and Development Department.
2. Mr. Shakeel Hussain, awaiting orders of posting, is posted as Private Secretary with the Chairman Board of Professional Entrance Examinations.
3. Mr. Mushtaq Ahmad Wani, awaiting orders of posting, is posted as Private Secretary with Secretary to the Govemment, Labour and Employment Department.
4. Mr. Triloki Nath Koul, awaiting orders of posting, is posted as Private Secretary with Secretary to the Govemment, Department of Culture.
5. Mr. Vijay Kumar Koul, awaiting orders of posting, is posted as Private Secretary with Commissioner Secretary to the Government, Public Works (R&B) Department.
