Keeping in view the condition of the road, only one way movement of traffic shall be permitted on NHW-1A on 21.03.2016 and the movement of traffic shall be allowed from Jammu towards Srinagar side. No movement of traffic shall be allowed from Qazigund towards Jammu under any circumstances. Movement of all types of Kashmir bound passenger vehicles shall be permitted from Nagrota (Jammu) from 5 AM to 1 PM. Since the condition of road at Batote
is not good as such timing regarding movement of load carriers from Nagrota, Jammu shall be conveyed later.
Mughal road is closed for all sort of traffic till further orders.
Srinagar – Kargil road is closed for all sort of traffic.
Bandipore-Gurez road is closed for all sort of traffic.
Synthan-Kishtwar road is also closed for traffic.
Only LMV’s will be allowed to move from Jammu to Srinagar as per above mentioned plan..
