The Jammu and Kashmir government today ordered winter vacations for educational institutions up to higher secondary level falling in the summer zone from December 26 to January 9, 2016.”According to a government order issued by the School Education Department, all the government institutions including recognized private schools up to Higher Secondarylevel falling in summer zone areas of Jammu Division shall observe winter vacation with effect from December 26, 2015, to January 9, 2016″
