Zainab Nedou, daughter of Omar Nedou and cousin of Omar Abdullah, passed away in New Delhi. Zainab was married to Faisal Patel, son of Ahmed Patel in 2011 and worked with UNAIDS.She was 36.
Chief Minister, Ms Mehbooba Mufti has expressed profound grief and sorrow over the sad demise of Zainab Nedou.
The deceased was daughter of prominent Kashmiri hotelier Omar Nedou and daughter-in-law of senior Congress leader, Ahmed Patel.
Expressing heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved families, the Chief Minister prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul.
