An unusual incident has been reported from Palhalan Baramulla area where one youth had a narrow escape after some unknown person tried to kill him by hanging him.This incident happened in Chijhama Rafiabad on Thursday evening.As per reports, some locals saved the life of youth after they shouted and unknow persons fled away from the spot.The victim has been identified as Harroon Ahamd Najar a resident of Palhalan Baramulla.
