The Pakistani militant who was captured alive in Baramulla district has admitted that he was trained in LET terrorist camps in Pakistan.During interrogation, he has said that he had recently infiltrated from Uri side of LoC. Before this he had thrice attempted to infiltrate but his attempts were foiled.
He said that he belongs to Baloch area of Pakistan.During interrogation he has further revealed that that there was no specific reason for his infiltration but the main motive of his Pakistani mentors was to boost the LET operations in the Kashmir region.
He said that he was under the command of Abu Talha, who was also killed in the encounter.
In the meantime NIA reached Srinagar to join the team interrogating the captured Pakistani militant.
