Chief Minister, Ms Mehbooba Mufti has condoled the demise of Sheikh Mohammad Hussain Zakiri, founder and Chief Patron of Imam Khomeini Memorial Trust, Kargil. Zakiri passed away this morning after prolonged illness.
In her condolence message, the Chief Minister said Sheikh Mohammad Hussain Zakiri, would be remembered long for not only spreading the message of humanism, love, peace and brotherhood but also for his contribution in the socio-economic and educational emancipation of the people of Kargil.
The Chief Minister while expressing sympathies with bereaved family prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul.
Chairman Legislative Council, Haji Anayat Ali and Minister for Education, Mr Naeem Akhtar have also condoled the demise of Sheikh Mohammad Hussain Zakiri.
