- As a major success for the security forces in Jammu and Kashmir , one militant was caught alive in Rafiabad area of Baramulla in North Kashmir . The arrested militant identified as Sajjad @ Abu Abdullah is believed to be a Pakistani national who belongs to Balochistan. Police sources said that the militant was arrested during search operation of the forest area where in three militants were killed in a gunfight. The gunfight had started last evening. The arrest is the second in the recent times wherein a militant has been arrested after an encounter , earlier Pakistani militant Naved Yaqoob was arrested by police after militants attacked a BSF vehicle in Udhampur district .
Meanwhile Pakistani militant caught alive in Baramulla district has been brought to Srinagar for interrogation.
