Taking a serious note of uploading videos pictures of militants on Facebook and whattsapp , South Kashmir Police has registered a case against those people who have been uploading such content on social media network . Police said that case FIR No 95/2015 U/S17 ,18 ,18A unlawful activities act has been registered in police station Awantipora and man hunt has been launched to nab these elements who have been uploading these videos and photos with the sole intention of luring the youngsters into militancy . Police has arrested so far six persons from different parts of south kashmir and they are being questioned to identify other such elements and stern action is likely to be taken against all such elements who are luring /pushing youngsters into militancy. Police has also taken up the matter with the facebook and whatsapp and they are well cooperating with the law enforcement agencies in identifying such criminals who are misleading younger generation .
