According to the Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Dr. Asgar Hassan Samoon, Sonamarg-Kargil-Leh road shall be thrown open for vehicular movement from April 30, 2016.
He said traffic movement on this road shall be regulated as per instructions of the Transport Department J&K Government.
