SDM was accompanied by the Officers of Revenue department, Rural Development Department, PDD, PMGSY, PHE, PHE Mechanical Wing, PWD and other departments.
SDM passed instructions for framing Detailed Project Reports of the road connecting Kathsoo with Kathsoo Gujjar Basti and the road connecting Liver to Liver Hamnadi so that these areas remain connected with the Tehsil and District Headquarters throughout the year.
Expressing concern over the dilapidated condition of water scheme at Liver Hamnadi, the SDM directed PHE department to make all necessary arrangements to provide clean water to people living in the area. Replying to the peoples issue regarding the issue of electricity bills the SDM directed the officers of PDD department to resolve the matter at the earliest and ensure proper bills are sent to the people of the area in future. In addition SDM also visited Bugmud Gujjar Basti and asked the concerned authorities to prepare Detailed Project Report of water scheme at Bugmud.
People at liver Hamnadi demanded construction of road from Gujjar Basti to Masjid Shareef, while BDO Srigupwhara assured them that the road will be connected in current financial year. SDM also directed Revenue officers to organize camps in different villages regarding mutations.
Later Sub Divisional Magistrate also participated in the meeting of Gram Sabha which was held at Adlash Magam and urged people to take part in such meetings to ensure their active participation in developmental activities.
The meeting was attended by large number and hailed the efforts of SDM and his proactive.
